Here for the pearl - Limited edition Print

The story:  Soft, tonal, intriguing and dynamic, the oyster. Pearls are made when some sort of irritant like a piece of shell or sand enters the oyster. As a protective method the oyster coats the imperfection with a substance called mother of pearl. It can take years but eventually the "imperfection" becomes the pearl. I think this is a beautiful metaphor for life. Our imperfections over time often becoming our most treasured features.

We have made a conscious decision to offer all prints in standard style paper sizing (A3, A2, A1, A0), making it simple for you to source a ready-made frame if you choose to self-frame your artwork.

Classic Framed Sizes:
- Extra Small (A4) :23 cm x 31.7 cm
- Small (A3): 33.7 cm x 46.0 cm
- Medium (A2): 46.0 cm x 63.4 cm
- Large (A1): 63.4 cm x 88.1 cm
- Extra Large (A0): 88.1 cm x 122.8 cm

We recommend measuring your space with a tape measure to help you visualise the artwork in place.
Tip: You can even mark out the dimensions of the artwork on your wall with some tape to get a clear sense of how the piece will look in your space.

Canvas print stretched and framed:
Your canvas print will be stretched onto a stretcher bar then framed with an additional Tasmanian Oak frame. Creating a substantial and dynamic framed canvas artwork arriving ready to hang.
Paper Print with Classic Studio Frame:
Your paper print will be framed in a timeless, clean presentation that beautifully complements your artwork. Your print is professionally framed in a classic Tasmanian Oak frame and the artwork sits behind gallery-grade acrylic glass for optimal clarity and protection. This style provides an understated yet professional framed aesthetic — a beautiful option for any space.

Frame Colour Options:
Tasmanian Oak is provided as standard — a beautiful mid-tone timber that complements a variety of interior styles. White and Black frame options are also available. Simply email Rikki at Rikki@rikkiday.com after your purchase if you would like to change the frame colour to either black or white.

Unframed:
We have made a conscious decision to offer all prints in A series sizing (A4, A3, A2, A1, A0), making it simple for you to source a ready-made frame if you choose to self-frame your artwork. Production & Delivery Timelines:
We work with a world-class art reproduction team and take pride in delivering a finished piece that will be treasured for years to come — and this process requires time to ensure exceptional quality.

Unframed Prints:
Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production and delivery within Australia.

Framed Prints (Classic & Premium):
Please allow approximately 4 weeks for production and delivery within Australia. Each framed artwork is professionally assembled to order, ensuring the finest presentation and protection.

Shipping:
We offer free Australia-wide shipping on all orders. Artworks are securely packaged to ensure safe arrival.

International Orders:
Please note, we currently offer unframed prints only for international orders to ensure the safe arrival of your artwork. Each piece is carefully rolled and shipped in an art-safe delivery tube. Delivery times will depend on your location. Import duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the collector.

How do I know if I’m choosing the right piece for my space?

How is my artwork packaged for delivery?
All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. Unframed prints are rolled and shipped in an art-safe delivery tube. Framed artworks are professionally wrapped and boxed with protective padding, ensuring they reach you in perfect condition.

What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?
While we take great care to package each artwork securely, if your piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately — we will resolve the issue and ensure you receive a perfect artwork.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
As each artwork is made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can assist.
