I absolutely love creating custom artworks, and I do this often for art collectors, interior designers, and homes all over the world. A commissioned piece is a beautiful way to bring a deeply personal story to life through art—whether it’s to celebrate a special occasion, mark a milestone, or simply create something that fits your space and vision perfectly.

Perhaps you’re looking for a unique piece to celebrate the birth of a child, a wedding anniversary, or a meaningful gift for a loved one. Or maybe you have specific size and color requirements—like a large-scale artwork for above your couch that reflects your family’s love for nature and the ocean, incorporating soft blues and neutral tones. You can be as specific or as relaxed as you like with your vision! Some people come to me with a detailed idea, while others simply email and say, “I love all of your work—just create me something unique in a specific size.” Both approaches work beautifully!

Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Rikki Day Art, every order is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Depending on what you’ve ordered, dispatch times can vary:

• Ready-made ceramics & framed originals – Sent out right away.
• Prints (including framed prints) – As these are made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks before dispatch.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using the most suitable courier for your location and the specific requirements of your piece. We work with AUS POST, Couriers Please, DHL, and even specially trained art couriers for delicate or high-value artworks.

We take the safe delivery of your artwork seriously! I work with one of the country’s most experienced art reproduction teams, who are experts in packaging and protecting art for transit.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Rikki Day Art, I don't hold stock of prints, every print is made-to-order, printed to your specific size and framed in your chosen material, just for you. Because of this, I do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind on prints. Additionally due to the one off nature of originals and ceramics I also do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind. Please take consideration choosing the perfect artwork for your space! If you need any guidance, I’m always happy to help—just send me an email at rikki@rikkiday.com, and I can assist with selecting the right piece, size, or frame. I can even create a mockup of the artwork in your space if you send me a photo (don’t worry—it doesn’t need to be tidy!).

What if my artwork arrives damaged or incorrect?

While we are human, mix-ups are incredibly rare. I work with one of the country’s most experienced art reproduction teams, who carefully package each piece to ensure it arrives safely. However, in the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, I will, of course, replace it as quickly as possible.

If this happens, please:

1. Take clear photos of the damage, including a photo of the original packaging with the shipping label visible.
2. Email me at rikki@rikkiday.com with the photos and a brief description of the issue.

I’ll take care of everything from there to make it right as soon as possible!
