In a world that is seemingly spinning faster by the day its becoming more and more apparent to me that I need to keep things simple. The days I do, I feel connected accomplished and Joyed. The days I don't, even though I may have achieved a lot or ticked off an extra item from the list, the joy is lost on over complicating things. This piece was painted on a simple day, a joy filled day as a little reminder to self to keep things simple and open to joy.
