Story: Soft, tonal, intriguing and dynamic, the oyster. Pearls are made when some sort of irritant like a piece of shell or sand enters the oyster. As a protective method the oyster coats the imperfection with a substance called mother of pearl. It can take years but eventually the "imperfection" becomes the pearl. I think this is a beautiful metaphor for life. Our imperfections over time often becoming our most treasured features.

Framing will add approximately 4cm to each side. Black and white frames are also available.
