This piece was created in moments of self reflection. It is based upon the concept of un-learning. It is about acknowledging that our learnt beliefs aren't always healthy ones. This piece was a reminder to myself to be open and willing to listen, learn and importantly unlearn in order to grow. It's about the process of navigating our personal growth.
